About The Role
As a Platform Delivery Manager – Duck Creek, you will coordinate delivery across multiple squads within a critical policy platform. You will align delivery plans, manage priorities, and ensure outcomes are achieved. Working closely with Product Owners and technology leaders, you will guide planning, manage risks, and support high‐performing teams to deliver customer‐focused results.
What You'll Do
* Coordinate delivery across squads, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality targets are achieved while aligning to the broader platform roadmap
* Lead planning activities, including quarterly planning and backlog alignment, to ensure clear priorities and delivery outcomes
* Maintain and track delivery plans, providing end‐to‐end visibility of progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
* Partner with Product Owners and technology leaders to refine initiatives into actionable work that supports platform objectives
* Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where needed to maintain delivery momentum and governance standards
* Support stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication at all levels
What You'll Bring
* Experience delivering complex technology programs, using Agile or PMBOK methodologies to manage scope, timelines, and outcomes
* Duck Creek experience is highly advantageous
* Strong ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, prioritise effectively, and manage competing demands across teams
* Proven stakeholder engagement experience, building trusted relationships from senior leaders through to delivery teams
* Experience with platform‐based delivery models, ideally within insurance or with Duck Creek technologies
* Analytical capability to identify issues, assess impacts, and develop practical solutions that support delivery success
* Confidence communicating complex information clearly, supporting decision‐making and alignment across diverse stakeholders
