About the Role
An experienced Podiatrist is sought to join a purpose-driven not-for-profit health and wellbeing centre based in Kununurra. This part-time or FIFO (0.5 FTE) position can be based from Perth, Darwin or Broome. The role is part of a 12-month initiative to strengthen integrated and coordinated chronic condition and allied health care. The Podiatrist will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals with chronic conditions and complex comorbidities.
* Conduct screening, assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
* Review and update treatment plans to ensure clinical effectiveness.
* Provide individual or group education on foot health, prevent or delay complications, manage pain and wound care.
* Participate in multidisciplinary case conferencing and care planning.
* Collaborate with local podiatry and other health services to deliver integrated and coordinated care.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, data collection and reporting.
* Contribute to the development of podiatry workflows, protocols and procedures.
Key Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Podiatry with current AHPRA registration.
* Minimum three years’ post-graduate clinical experience working with diverse client groups.
* Strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to respond to complex and varied needs.
* Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to genuine, strengths-based, person-centred care.
* Strong digital record-keeping and caseload management skills.
* Availability to commence late December 2025.
