Tasks & responsibilities
* Providing an outstanding customer experience;
* Setting up, filling and adjusting displays as required;
* Upselling;
* Working the Barista machine; Prepare amazing Coffees
* Preparing cold beverages - milk shakes & iced drinks (have you tried one yet) ;
* Food safety requirements - temperature checks and recording;
* Cleaning duties throughout the store.
Qualifications & experience
* Demonstrated customer service skills;
* You will have a positive, can-do attitude towards all tasks required to perform.
* Enjoy the challenge of upselling;
* Excellent organisational skills;
* Exposure to a fast paced environment;
* Prior retail or food experience will be highly regarded but is not essential;
* Barista Experience (preferred)
Availability: Monday to Sunday 6pm -12:30am
