About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Property Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the local real estate market and be able to provide expert advice to clients on buying and selling properties. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as networking with other professionals in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales and Leasing: Make cold and warm sales calls, respond to client enquiries, assist buyers through the inspection process, and provide professional services to achieve sales targets.
* Client Relationships: Maintain strong customer relationships, handle daily workflow tasks such as CRM management, contract preparation, and client follow-up.
* Networking: Create and manage social media content for property promotion, manage networking and stakeholder relationships, including builders and project developers.
