**About the role**
The **Production Supervisor** role is a **Full-Time**position, based at** Coopers Plains, QLD**. Reporting to **Production Manager**you will provide people and process leadership to the Gyprock Coopers Plains Production teams, ensuring the team's health & safety, the environment, and CSR's code of conduct are never compromised.
In this role, you will:
- Supervise the production team on a rotating shift roster (Morning/Afternoon and Night) -24/hr x 5 days a week operation.
- Ensure adherence with all Site Safety requirements, including PSIs, incident reporting / investigations and completing all corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Managers and Production employees as well as other parts of the areas including Process improvement and Engineers.
- Have excellent people management and problem-solving skills as technical support will be required.

- Demonstrated progressive experience in a production or process technical role in a similar industry.
- A strong commitment to safety awareness
- Supervisory & motivational experience & knowledge (people person)
- Knowledge & Production experience in a manufacturing environment
