Your Role
As the Executive Food & Beverage Manager, you'll provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and financial management across your assigned portfolio of venues. Working closely with the General Manager – Food & Beverage and the wider executive team, you'll ensure every dining experience reflects excellence, innovation, and the essence of the Hamilton Island brand.
Where you'll make an impact
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a multi‑venue food and beverage team to deliver world‑class guest experiences
* Identify and implement innovative dining concepts, menus, and beverage programs
* Oversee the financial performance of multiple venues, including budgets, forecasting, and cost control
* Drive compliance with food safety, liquor licensing, and workplace health and safety standards
* Partner with Sales and Marketing to create and promote unique culinary experiences and events
* Foster strategic supplier partnerships that enhance quality and sustainability
* Lead refurbishment and capital improvement projects to ensure operational excellence
* Champion a guest‑first culture that reflects Hamilton Island's values and service philosophy
What we're looking for
You're a visionary hospitality leader with extensive experience managing large‑scale, multi‑outlet food and beverage operations. You balance creativity and commerciality, and thrive in dynamic, high‑performing environments where you can inspire teams to deliver excellence every day.
To be successful, you will need:
* Minimum 8–10 years' senior management experience in multi‑venue F&B operations (luxury resort or premium hospitality group preferred)
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related fieldi>
* Proven success in financial management, including P&L performance, budgeting, and forecasting
* Strong understanding of Queensland liquor, food, and gaming regulations
* Experience driving service excellence and embedding a guest‑first culture
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive innovation
* Experience managing refurbishments or capital works projects
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
