**Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, Mayor and Councillors
Full Time | Permanent
Salary: $86,793.20 to $93,614.04 per annum plus superannuation
Location: Colac**
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant to provide exceptional executive support to the Chief Executive Officer, Mayor and Councillors.
This is a pivotal position within Council, suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, builds strong working relationships, and consistently delivers high‑quality administrative outcomes.
You Will Support The Leadership Of The Organisation By
* Managing complex diaries, correspondence, briefing materials and meeting coordination.
* Preparing accurate and polished documents, reports, agendas and communications.
* Coordinating civic events and official engagements.
* Acting as a key liaison between the CEO, Mayor, Councillors and internal/external stakeholders.
* Ensuring confidentiality, professionalism and sound judgement in all interactions.
This role requires initiative, discretion and the ability to navigate sensitive and politically aware environments with confidence.
