Key Account Manager | Agribusiness Insurance – Hybrid / Remote – Up to $175K Pkg + Vehicle
We are looking for experienced Ag-Insurance specialists (or GI specialists) to manage and grow our largest farm portfolios across NSW.
This role focuses on direct sales and relationship management with high-value agricultural clients.
Responsibilities
* Direct Sales: Manage and win large-scale farm accounts and agribusiness portfolios.
* Portfolio Growth: Identify and secure new business from major players in the ag sector.
* Client Strategy: Provide tailored insurance solutions for complex broadacre, livestock, and specialized operations.
* Autonomy: Manage your own book of business with no micromanagement.
What You Need
* Experience: 4–5 years in General Insurance with Farm and Commercial focus.
* Track Record: Proven ability to open doors and close deals with large-scale operators.
* Communication: Straight‐shooter who can talk shop with farmers and deal effectively with brokers.
* Drive: Knowledge of the industry and readiness to hit the ground running.
