Reporting to the GM, we are looking for an experienced and talented Site Supervisor to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders while driving a culture of safety and excellence.

About You
We seek a motivated and experienced professional with strong leadership and industry knowledge. The ideal candidate will have extensive earthmover tyre fitting experience, a commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Key qualifications include:
* Proven ability to build and manage client relationships and work with teams to achieve goals and KPIs.
* Ability to work under pressure with a keen eye for detail.
* Solid understanding of tyre operations and mining environments.
* Experience in driving business improvements, safety initiatives, and fostering a safety culture.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and present at all levels.
* At least 5 years of hands-on earthmover tyre fitting experience.
* Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
* Certificate II in Automotive Mechanical – Tyre Fitting Heavy (AUR21920) or equivalent.
* Statutory 26 Certification (Desirable).
