About the Role
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Purchasing & Procurement Coordinator to manage our local and international supply chain.
You'll take ownership of end-to-end purchasing from raising POs and tracking imports to maintaining supplier relationships and ensuring stock availability for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Purchase goods from existing local and international suppliers
* Raise and manage purchase orders for customer special print jobs
* Monitor stock levels to meet customer demand and production schedules
* Build and maintain strong supplier and logistics-partner relationships
* Oversee import coordination, including documentation, customs and shipping
* Manage receipting and costings for imported and local goods
* Coordinate local transport pickups and pallet transfers
* Prepare daily purchasing and stock reports
* Support finance with customer payment reports
About You
You're detail-driven, organised, and thrive in a fast-moving environment. You'll have:
* Proven experience in a purchasing, procurement, or supply-chain role
* A strong understanding of import procedures and documentation
* Experience raising and receiving purchase orders
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* A positive, solutions-focused "can-do" attitude
