Regional Sales Leadership Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and Execute a Go-to-Market Strategy:
* Create and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that drives revenue growth and expands market share.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
* Build, Coach, and Inspire a High-Performing Regional Sales Team:
* Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing regional sales team.
* Coach and mentor sales team members to achieve sales targets and provide feedback on their performance.
* Foster a culture of excellence and accountability within the sales team.
* Drive Large Deal Pursuits:
* Identify and pursue large deal opportunities that align with our company's goals and objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies for large deals.
* Lead Sales Strategy for Software Offerings:
* Develop and execute sales strategies for our software offerings across the Asia Pacific region.
* Manage a Cross-Cultural Sales Team:
* Lead and manage a cross-cultural sales team that operates effectively across different regions and cultures.
* Collaborate with Presales, Solutions Architects, and Product Management:
* Collaborate with presales, solutions architects, and product management teams to leverage functional, technical, and delivery expertise for deal success.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree Related to Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics:
* Hold a Bachelor's degree related to science, electrical engineering, or physics.
* 20+ Years of Experience in Enterprise Sales:
* Have at least 20 years of experience in enterprise sales, including regional leadership experience in Asia Pacific.
* Strong Background in Power Utilities Sector or Industrial Software Domain:
* Possess a strong background in the power utilities sector or industrial software domain.
