Overview
Hey there superstars! TeamKids is looking for energetic and passionate Educators on a permanent part-time basis to join our Outside of School Hours Care (OSHC) crew in Carnegie. The role offers a minimum guaranteed 10 hours per week with After School Care from 2:30pm to 5:30pm, Monday – Friday. The role
You will be guaranteed a minimum of 10 hours per week on a regular, permanent basis:
After School Care - between 2:30pm to 5:30pm, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
* Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the children in our care
* Assist in the planning and preparation of exciting and innovative activities that enrich the lives of the children in our care
* Cultivate a welcoming and nurturing environment
* Play and have FUN with primary school aged children
* Prepare nutritious food and maintain a clean environment
Qualifications & What You'll Need
* Ideally has previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is not essential—we can help you grow your skills
* Passionate about working with children and seeing them thrive
* Involved, fun, a team player, and ready to jump in
* Confident communicator with children, parents and colleagues
* Working with Children Check relevant to your state (WWCC, WWVP, Blue Card, VIT)
* Has a Cert III or Diploma in an ACECQA approved course (or is working towards it) – visit acecqa.gov.au to learn more about approved qualifications
