About the Role
The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for owning and driving demand generation and field marketing strategy across the APAC region, with a strong focus on pipeline creation, revenue influence, and close alignment with Sales.
Responsibilities
APAC Demand Generation & Pipeline Ownership
* Own APAC demand generation strategy aligned to global marketing and regional sales priorities.
* Drive marketing influenced pipeline and revenue impact across the APAC region.
* Design, execute, and optimise integrated demand programs including events, webinars, ABM, content syndication, and partner campaigns.
* Partner closely with APAC Sales leadership to align campaigns to territory plans, accounts, and revenue targets.
Campaign Performance & Optimisation
* Own and report on APAC demand generation KPIs, including:
o Marketinginfluenced sales pipeline and revenue
o Lead conversion rates and timeto convert
o Cost per MQL and lead generation efficiency
o Campaign velocity and asset utilisation
o Organic social engagement quality
* Use performance data to continuously optimise campaign mix, spend, and execution.
* Ensure consistent use of CRM and marketing automation tools to track and attribute impact.
Field, Event & Partner Marketing
* Set the APAC field event strategy, ensuring events drive measurable pipeline and sales outcomes.
* Manage APAC conferences, customer events, and regional field activities.
* Define and execute APAC partner marketing strategy in collaboration with strategic partners and alliances.
Team Collaboration
* Collaborate with global marketing functions (content, digital, brand, PR) to localise and activate campaigns for the APAC market.
* Provide market feedback and insights to inform global planning and messaging.
Required skills and experience
* Bachelor degree in marketing or similar
* 5+ years’ experience in B2B field marketing and demand generation, ideally within enterprise software or technology.
* Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact in the APAC market.
* Experience leading or mentoring marketers, with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
* Strong understanding of sales aligned demand generation, ABM, and field marketing best practices.
* Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, prioritise initiatives, and optimise ROI.
* Handson experience with marketing technology platforms (e.g. HubSpot or similar CRM, marketing automation, webinar and data tools).
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Highly self directed, comfortable operating in a remote and fast growing environment.
Additional experience that make strong candidates:
* Experience in SaaS, data, intelligence, or complex B2B solutions.
* Exposure to government, defence, national security, or regulated enterprise markets.
* Experience scaling regional demand generation in partnership with a global marketing function.
* Experience with Hubspot, ZoomInfo, GoToWebinar and Wordpress or similar solutions
* Content creation and digital, print and graphic design skills
