About the Role
Fort Largs is seeking experienced Bartenders to join our team as we head into a busy season. This role suits someone who enjoys a fast‑paced, positive environment and takes pride in delivering great drinks and friendly service. You'll prepare classic cocktails, pour beverages with confidence, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our locals and visitors. With ocean views right from the bar, it's one of the best work environments on the Lefevre Peninsula.
What You'll Be Doing
* Preparing and serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages
* Making classic cocktails and knowing the basics of wine and spirits
* Greeting customers and providing friendly, attentive service
* Maintaining a clean, organised bar area
* Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
* Working collaboratively with the front‑of‑house team
* Ensuring RSA and venue standards are always upheld
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years' bar experience
* Strong basic cocktail knowledge
* Basic wine knowledge and confidence with pours
* A positive, genuine customer‑focused attitude
* Reliability — you show up and do your best
* Ability to work nights and weekends as required
* Current RSA certificate
* Current Responsible Person certificate (or willingness to obtain)
