About the Role:
As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the store, providing exceptional customer service and guiding customers through their buying journey. This is a part-time position (35 hours per week), wtith weekend work. You will have the chance to thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment with uncapped commissions, giving you the potential to earn above your base salary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional service, building rapport with customers to understand their needs
* Assist customers in selecting high-quality furniture pieces, offering expert product knowledge
* Meet and exceed sales targets to maximise commission potential
* Contribute to store operations, including maintaining product displays and stock levels
* Work collaboratively with a supportive team to drive business growth
About You:
* Proven sales experience in a retail environment (furniture or homewares experience preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service
* A self-motivated individual who is driven by both personal and team success
* Availability to work weekends is essential
* A friendly, professional attitude with a desire to build long-term customer relationships
