The Role
This leadership position oversees financial management, supply chain efficiency, and staff performance. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of healthcare experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management.
 * Financial Oversight: Manage pharmacy budgets, analyze reimbursement trends, and oversee contracts including wholesalers and third-party insurance.
 * Supply Chain Management: Oversee inventory management and optimize supply chain processes.
 * Staff Management: Lead staff development, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to ensure high service standards.
