About the Role:
As a Social Worker, you'll work closely with individuals, families, and community stakeholders to deliver holistic, culturally-informed support. This is a unique opportunity to expand your skill set while working in a region that truly values your contribution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver trauma-informed, strengths-based case management
* Support families and individuals with social and emotional wellbeing
* Build and maintain strong relationships within the community
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and service providers
What we're looking for:
* Degree-qualified Social Worker (eligible for AASW membership)
* Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities preferred
* Strong communication, cultural competency, and adaptability
* Willingness to relocate and commit to working in a remote context
* 1 - 2 years experience
