Job Description
We are seeking a Quality and Education Manager to join our team at one of our aged care facilities in Rangeville, Queensland.
This role is responsible for providing quality-focused leadership and coaching to the care team, ensuring that care and services meet expected outcomes. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services provided.
You will also be responsible for maintaining the Care Home's Plan for Continuous Improvement (PCI) and ensuring that Government NQIP (National Quality Indicator) program data is submitted on time and analyzed. Additionally, you will coordinate and complete all monthly Care Home Audits within the Operations Essential audit program.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Nursing with current APHRA registration, strong interpersonal and delegation skills, and a passion for development, training, and education. Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care and Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) is desirable but not necessary. You will also have a proven track record in identifying, delivering, and maintaining quality clinical care, coaching & training.
Responsibilities:
* Provide quality-focused leadership and coaching to the care team.
* Maintain the Care Home's Plan for Continuous Improvement (PCI).

* Coordinate and complete all monthly Care Home Audits within the Operations Essential audit program.
* Manage and deliver high-quality clinical care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Requirements:
