Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a structured approach to customer service maintenance visits.
* Utilize digital reporting tools for efficient time sheet and field service report management.
* Ensure prompt commissioning, service maintenance, and after-hours service commitments are met with efficiency.
* Maintain strong customer relationships by providing regular feedback to the team.
* Stay up-to-date with training requirements across multiple technologies.
* Maintain a professional company vehicle and personal appearance.
* Spare Parts: Manage onboard spares inventory, record use, and report accordingly.
* Adhere to Work, Health & Safety, Environment, and Quality obligations.
* Promote a safe working environment.
Daily Work Duties and Expectations:
* A valid driver's license is required (may involve remote site visits).
* Overnight or longer trips may be necessary.
* Attend customer service calls in a timely manner.
* Operate ladders, scissor lift, and scaffolding safely.
* Work in tight and restricted locations.
* Handle energized electrical equipment with care.
* Work on live refrigerant lines and pressure vessels.
* Work at heights (requires periodic Work at Heights Training).
* Manage HVAC mechanical systems involving awkward body positions.
* Lift, relocate, and carry equipment and components safely.
Requirements:
* Previous experience within the HVAC / Critical Cooling space is essential.
* A Mechanical Trade Certificate is required.
* A Restricted Electrical Licence is mandatory.
* A Refrigerant Handling Licence is also required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.
