Overview
Clinical Nurse Educator – Intensive Care Unit (part-time, 0.6 EFT). Based in Richmond. You will be part of the Epworth Education and Learning team and report to the Epworth Richmond Education Manager. This role supports learning through clinical teaching, supervision, assessment, and staff development across Graduate, Postgraduate, Introductory and Specialty programs to meet academic and clinical objectives.
Responsibilities
* Facilitate workplace learning through clinical teaching, supervision, assessment, and support for all staff.
* Support learners within Graduate, Postgraduate, Introductory and Specialty programs to meet program objectives.
* Drive quality and safety within the hospital through education, training, workshops, seminars, and clinical support to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
* A relevant Postgraduate qualification.
Experience
* Minimum of five years' experience specialising in Intensive Care Nursing.
* Previous education/facilitation experience is essential.
* Demonstrated ability to work with dynamic and diverse teams; ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
* Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and achieve outcomes; high level of self-motivation and accountability.
* Research experience is desirable but not essential.
