An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate and organised Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator to join a dynamic team.
You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of learning programs across the organisation, from onboarding and induction through to technical, leadership, and professional development training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and implement a broad range of training activities that support employee development and business objectives nationwide.
* Manage training calendars, coordinate logistics, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and use learning systems to track, monitor and report on training outcomes.
* Respond to training enquiries and build proactive relationships across the business to ensure high-quality learning experiences.

Additionally, you should be confident in using Learning Management Systems and tools such as Power BI and Novacura to manage data, report on compliance, and support training needs analysis.
Requirements:
* Experience in end-to-end L&D coordination activities
* Demonstrated success in training support for a program of work
* Experience creating processes and procedures to ensure successful design and delivery of training programs
* Superior organisation and coordination skills, with high attention to detail
* Experience in using an online learning management system
* Strong relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Strong data analytic and decision-making abilities
