Overview
At My Care CRM, we’re building software that helps NDIS providers stay compliant, efficient, and ahead of the curve. Our mission is simple: automate the boring stuff so providers can focus on care, not paperwork.
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who’s fluent in Figma and has an eye for design that’s both compliant and beautiful. If you can make compliance look sexy (or at least not boring), we need you.
What You’ll Do
- Own the UI/UX design process in Figma – from wireframes to polished prototypes.
- Design workflows for NDIS provider compliance, participant onboarding, and care documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, compliance officers, and operations to bring clarity and usability to complex requirements.
- Create design systems and component libraries to keep everything consistent.
- Test, refine, and iterate based on feedback from real users (providers, support coordinators, and staff).
What We’re Looking For
- Strong skills in Figma (auto-layout, prototyping, component sets, the works).
- Experience designing complex workflows (bonus points if you’ve worked in health, compliance, or government systems).
- Ability to balance clean design with strict compliance requirements.
- Strong communication skills – you’ll need to turn compliance checklists into intuitive screens.
- A curious, detail-focused designer who asks “why” before “how”.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with NDIS standards or other regulated industries.
- Experience with design handoff to devs (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
Why Join Us?
- Be part of a growing health-tech company making a real impact in the NDIS sector.
- Work with a small, sharp team that values automation, compliance, and good design.
- Flexible hybrid work options.
- Competitive salary based on experience.
