To support our growth in the Whitsundays, we are looking for candidates that are enthusiastic, energetic and would like to grow with the business.
We have an opportunities available for both Full-time and Casual customer service representative's (CSR) to join our busy team in the Whitsundays.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:
A customer service representative is responsible for managing our bookings, and engaging with customers as they collect and return our mobility solutions.
* Create a positive customer experience by greeting and engaging our customers
* Accurately enter and complete incoming rental reservations
* Complete collection and return transactions efficiently and accurately
* Provide customers with our optional upgrades and cover.
* Checking of vehicles prior to, and upon return of the vehicle
* Meticulously record and process any vehicle damage
* Ensure vehicles are cleaned, prepared inside and out, and presented to our high Hertz standards
* Work as part of a high performing team
* Drive vehicles as needed
The successful applicant will need:
* Excellent communication skills with a 'make it happen' attitude
* Strong customer service, administration or hospitality background
* Ability to work both unsupervised and within a team
* Basic computer literacy skills are required to operate our rental car software
* A willingness to get stuck in as part of the team in order to get the job done
* Ability to multi-task and be highly organised.
* A full and current Australian driver's license
Training will be provided on the job.
* With two sites across the Whitsundays, candidates are required to work across both Airlie Beach and Proserpine Airport, including some weekend and evening shifts.
