We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Banking Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our retail banking division, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by adopting a customer-centric approach that demonstrates passion for identifying and prioritizing customers' complete financial needs.
Your primary responsibility will be to educate customers on easy ways to bank, providing a range of professional services and expert advice to help customers meet their financial goals. This role requires serving customers directly, having needs-based conversations, and managing them through the property purchasing journey, with a focus on The Home Buyers Journey.
You will also provide support to more junior solutions and service staff for complex customer needs, act as an ANZ products initiator and role model, and support the Branch Manager in delivering ANZ's retail strategy. Additionally, you will be responsible for meeting customer needs through the provision of ANZ's range of home loan, insurance, investment products, and transactional services.
