Job description
* Location: Mount Gravatt and Rocklea positions available.
* Salary: $65,957 - $71,195 (full-time salary) + Superannuation + NFP salary packaging benefits.
* Leave benefits include: 20 days Annual Leave, 13 days Personal Leave, plus an additional 10 paid Wellbeing Days each year.
* Employment status: Part time (38 hours per fortnight).

MatchWorks is looking for an In Work Mentor who partners closely with participants, employers and internal teams to proactively address barriers, strengthen workplace success, and drive sustainable, long-term employment outcomes through tailored support and retention strategies.

What you’ll do
As an In Work Mentor in our team you’ll:
* Be on the ground, providing hands-on coaching and guidance at the workplace.
* Build strong, supportive relationships with participants and employers.
* Create personalised retention plans that keep participants thriving at work.
What you’ll bring
* A knack for building rapport with a variety of people, with a considered and friendly communication style.
* An ability to think on your feet and offer practical solutions.
* Organised and reliable approach, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
Bonus points for
* Experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality or employment support setting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar systems.
