Job Title: Aboriginal Child Welfare Specialist
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to work with vulnerable children, young people, and their families in the New England region.

You will work collaboratively with parents, family members, children, or young people to ensure their safety and well-being.
* Develop and implement safety plans and conduct thorough risk assessments
* Manage complex cases and situations, including working with high-needs and high-risk clients and their families
* Participate in court processes, including preparing court documents and attending court proceedings
Key Qualifications and Skills:
* Diploma or degree qualification in a relevant field (preferred)
* Minimum two years' experience working with vulnerable children, young people, and their families
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
