Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement project strategies, ensuring timely completion and high-quality standards.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Monitor project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
* Collaborate with estimators and Operations Managers to establish and manage project budgets.
* Optimize resource allocation, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
* Review and approve project-related timesheets for accuracy and compliance.
* Provide timely financial data and reports to internal stakeholders.
* Ensure accurate and timely project invoicing aligned with contract terms.
* Lead and mentor site supervisors and project team leaders, offering guidance and motivation.
* Allocate teams according to skillsets, authorizations, and project requirements.
* Deliver thorough handovers from project planning to site leadership for execution readiness.
* Review internal designs for constructability, providing feedback to design and field teams.
* Maintain professional client communication, creating a positive project experience.
* Liaise with estimators, site leaders, and clients on project variations, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
* Escalate or mitigate project risks that may impact budget, timelines, or safety.
* Track project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
* Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks for compliance with project specs and company standards.
* Work with HSEQ teams to uphold safety and quality standards across all project activities.
* Promote a safety-first culture among field teams and ensure safety procedures are completed thoroughly.
* Provide exceptional leadership to the project team and broader business, fostering a climate that motivates people to excel.
* Maintain respectful conduct towards others.
* Conduct monthly 1:1's with direct reports.
* Liaise with People and Culture regarding performance concerns or disciplinary issues.
