Reporting to the Technical Development Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies and programs, both e-learning and trainer-led sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Improvement: Applies a systematic process for analyzing human performance gaps and for closing them.
- Instructional Design: Designs and develops informal and formal learning solutions using a variety of methods.
- Training Delivery: Delivers informal and formal learning solutions in a manner that is both engaging and effective.
- Evaluation of Learning Impact: Uses learning metrics and analytics to measure the impact of learning solutions.
- Business Management using Global Mindset: Uses concepts, principles, and tools in working with stakeholders in improving organizational effectiveness.
- Administrative Expert: Ability to understand and implement policies, procedures, and processes that relate to the division plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree holder.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have strong presentation skills.
- Must have the ability to build strong collaborative relationships across HR and the business and seek out diverse, innovative learning solutions.
- Must be adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
- Must have the ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Must have the proficiency with designing learning content and implementing effective training and development.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
