About The Opportunity

You'll partner with Hiring Managers on both White and blue collar roles, offer expert recruitment guidance, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This is a role you can truly make your own.

What's Involved

As a key member of the Recruitment team, you will be responsible for the following:
* Collaborating with Hiring Managers to understand and support their recruitment needs
* Posting job ads and managing targeted talent pools
* Guiding candidates smoothly through each stage of the recruitment process
* Organising and maintaining candidate documentation
* Ensuring recruitment activities align with company processes and standards
* Creating tailored sourcing strategies for specific roles
* Supporting the HR Advisor with general recruitment and HR tasks

You'll Need
* Comfortable using applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment workflows
* Experienced in recruiting internally for either white-collar or blue-collar roles
* Able to communicate clearly and professionally with people at all levels
* Great at managing time and taking initiative to get things done
* Familiarity with industry-specific tickets, licenses, and qualifications is a plus
