**About the role**
Reporting directly to the Executive Lead - Aged Care, the General Manager - Home Care & Retirement Living, will drive the development and implementation of operational excellence in this business stream. The current focus of this role is very much to lead home care services evolution through optimal service design, and by effecting the organisational change.
While providing day to day direction and leadership to the Home Care Regional Managers and Retirement Village Managers, you will identify, improve and/or optimise facets of the operations. Operational oversight will run alongside implementing key practices, programs, and digital systems that enable service managers to deliver on providing high quality and responsive services that meet client needs.
The role will leverage both internal expertise across areas such as marketing, governance, finance, and people and culture, as well as a strong network of industry and external stakeholders. In this position you will provide the direction that enables us to offer compliant, quality, and scalable home care services that grow and thrive.
