Job Overview

* Food Preparation and Hygiene Standards: Prepare and cook food to exceptional standards while explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations throughout the kitchen.
* Staff Management: Select and train kitchen staff to maintain excellence.
Requirements
* Professional Experience: 1+ years of professional chef experience in a commercial kitchen.
* Certification: Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent preferred.
* Priorities: Passion for culinary innovation and food safety excellence, natural leadership abilities with creative flair, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
