The Opportunity
We seek an experienced Operations Manager for Kalgoorlie. The ideal candidate will lead a team to success, overseeing all SSAN operations and managing staff development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide effective leadership to operation staff and line managers.
* Manage health, safety, and quality assurance compliance and documentation requirements.
* Achieve KPI targets on a monthly/annual basis.
* Offer productive training, development & guidance to workforce.
* Oversee driver inductions and ensure permits are valid and maintained.
* Assist in incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
* Address performance issues within the team.
* Consult and plan maintenance schedule.
Qualification & Experience
You must have a broad knowledge of mining logistics and trucking sector with expertise in mobile fleets and equipment.
Minimum 5 years' experience managing employees in logistics or heavy-industry environment.
Operations management experience in logistics / transport / mining services industry.
Previous experience leading a similar-size team and managing an operation safely.
Experience in dangerous goods and fleet management, MC licence, and willingness to obtain a security card.
Maintenance knowledge advantageous.
