We are seeking a seasoned insurance professional to join our team as a Complex Claims Resolution Specialist.
About the Role:
* Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of general insurance claims, including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, Product Liability, Management Liability, and D&O.
* Be the trusted advisor for brokers, insureds, and service providers, building strong relationships that drive successful outcomes.
* Lead the way in delivering fast, fair, and high-quality claims resolutions, with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
* Mentor and empower junior claims professionals, helping them reach their full potential.
* Champion best practice and continuous improvement, collaborating with underwriters and other teams to drive innovation and excellence.
About You:
* You are an experienced insurance professional with a proven track record in managing complex claims and delivering outstanding results.
* You possess deep expertise in Financial Lines or Public Liability claims, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* You are tech-savvy, with strong skills in Microsoft Office and claims systems.
* You are commercially minded, risk-aware, and always looking for ways to improve processes and drive business growth.
Bonus Points:
* Tertiary qualifications in Law, Business/Commerce, or a related field.
* Experience with corporate auditing and process improvement.
