We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic administration professional to support our team in Newcastle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative assistance to management and sales teams on a day-to-day basis
* Assist with incoming bookings, service calls, preparation of quotes, and scheduling needs
* Arrange purchase orders and invoices
* Support branch reporting requirements
* Liaise with technicians, builders, and insurance companies as required to ensure job completion
* Ensure all workplace, health, and safety policies and procedures are followed
About You
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is eager to learn and adapt. The successful candidate will have:
* A minimum of 3 years experience in an administration role
* A strong ability to communicate verbally and written
* A positive attitude
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn new systems
* High organizational skills and attention to detail
* A reliable and flexible work ethic
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
