About the Role

This is a management position in a fast-paced restaurant environment where you will oversee daily operations, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.

* You will be responsible for managing a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
* Ensuring food quality and presentation meets high standards.
* Effective ordering and stock management from various suppliers.
* Performing administrative tasks such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll, and reviewing policies.
* Maintaining accurate records and reports, including profit and loss statements, budgets, and cost controls.
* Cleaning and maintaining production areas, dining room, and general restaurant facilities.
* Ensuring safety and security standards are met, and employees are trained in Workplace Health and Safety.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

* Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field.
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building a positive workplace culture.
