The Role
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Consulting team. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is looking to build strong foundations in business analysis, process improvement, and consulting delivery while working alongside experienced Business Analysts and Consultants.
You will support the analysis, documentation, and delivery of business and system solutions across a range of internal projects to commence with before moving to client engagements, contributing to business process improvement, digital transformation, and ERP-related initiatives.
Your daily tasks will include:
* Assist in gathering, analysing, and documenting business and functional requirements
* Support current-state and future-state process mapping and documentation
* Prepare and maintain business analysis artefacts (requirements, process flows, functional specifications, user documentation)
* Analyse business data to identify issues, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
* Support solution design, testing activities, and defect logging
* Participate in workshops and meetings, capturing actions and outcomes
* Provide analytical and administrative support to consulting teams
* Maintain documentation repositories and apply agreed BA and delivery methodologies
About You
Essential
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
* 2 years’ experience in business analysis, consulting, or process improvement roles
* Working knowledge of business analysis concepts, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
Desirable
* Exposure to ERP systems, digital transformation, or IT project delivery
* Post graduate studies in business analysis
* Certified BABOK or IIBA
