The Opportunity
* Deliver inpatient and outpatient care across obstetrics and gynaecology, developing your skills in theatre, clinics, birthing suite, and ward rounds.
* Support junior medical staff and medical students, fostering a collaborative team environment.
What You'll Do
* Gain exposure to complex and unique clinical presentations, expanding your medical knowledge and experience.
* Participate in quality improvement, audits, and teaching activities, contributing to the development of best practices.
* Contribute to culturally sensitive care, especially in First Nations health, ensuring equitable access to healthcare services.
Who We're Looking For
* You hold General Registration with the Medical Board of Australia or are eligible for it.
* You've completed at least 6 months O&G experience as an RMO, demonstrating your potential for growth and development.
* You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively with diverse teams.
