The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the curriculum to the Deputy Principals and teaching staff. This includes managing student and teacher timetables, creating grids, structuring classes, and making necessary adjustments.
This role requires effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders, including teachers, students, and external parties. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining various curriculum-related databases, ensuring data accuracy, and generating reports in a timely manner.
Additionally, the successful applicant will facilitate data transfers to both internal and external stakeholders, including schools and government agencies. This involves coordinating examination and testing rosters, venues, and supervisors for examinations and tests. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Demonstrated ability to provide effective administrative support and input into development, implementation and monitoring of business systems.
* Demonstrated initiative and sound organisational skills with the ability to identify priorities and meet deadlines.
* Demonstrated sound research, conceptual and analytical skills with the ability to provide innovative thinking in problem solving.
* Demonstrated well developed computer skills, including the ability to create, operate, manipulate databases, spreadsheets and extract reports.
