Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Solutions Sales Consultant, based in Launceston, TAS. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and providing consultative selling of office equipment, IT services, and software solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, conducting needs assessments, delivering tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal & external teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Whilst we do have customers across Australia, the role requires the applicant to be based in Launceston Tasmania.
Qualifications
* Strong communication skills, including the ability to actively listen, clearly articulate solutions, and build rapport with clients
* Proven sales skills with experience in identifying client needs and achieving sales targets
* Expertise in consulting and consultative selling, with the ability to offer tailored solutions to meet business challenges
* Experience in business development, including identifying new opportunities and cultivating long-term partnerships
* Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant technologies
* Self-motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid work setting
* Understanding of IT services, office equipment, and workflow solutions is a plus
