Job Overview

The Engagement Manager will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving long-term partnerships between customers and SAP. This role involves establishing, driving, and supporting engagements that cover the entire solution lifecycle.

* Developing and executing engagement strategies to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
* Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
* Managing contracts and ensuring successful renewal of SAP Premium Engagement services.
* Resolving complex issues and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
* Driving customer satisfaction and referenceability through surveys, feedback, and advocacy efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* 5+ years of experience in a similar role or industry.
* A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
