Job Title: Youth Development Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking a locum Youth Development Coordinator to support a well-respected Crisis Youth Accommodation service in Darwin.
* Be based in Darwin
* Ideally have experience in youth work, homelessness, mental health, or be studying towards it
* Hold a current First Aid Certificate
* Hold a full driver's licence
* Be available for a variety of shifts including weekends, nights & public holidays
* Have a current Working With Children Check and National Police Certificate
Role and Benefits
$45 per hour base pay + superannuation
Penalty rates apply for weekend, overtime, public holiday and night shift work
Sleepover allowances and active night shift rates available
Variety of shifts available - 4hr, 8hr, sleepover & night shifts
Work with a supportive team of Youth Workers and Case Managers
Making a positive impact supporting young people in crisis accommodation is key to this role

A short-term locum contract during a busy period is offered
