Job Description
We are growing our AAA team and seeking a Speech Pathologist living in Canberra, Queanbeyan, Tuggeranong, Gunning, Yass, Gundaroo, Belconnen, Jerrabomberra & surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
* Manage a varied, community‐based caseload across homes, schools and outreach settings
* Work with individuals across the lifespan, including early intervention, paediatrics, adolescents and adults
* Support a range of needs such as feeding, early language, dysphagia, communication difficulties and AAC
* Conduct observations and standardised assessments to develop meaningful, participant‐centred goals
* Deliver evidence‐based therapy that builds communication, participation and independence
* Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomes
* Caseload will be tailored to your experience, interests and professional goals
Qualifications
* Current Speech Pathology Australia membership with SPA
* Passionate about community‐based support for people with disability
* Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
