What You'll Do
* Listen to and transcribe real‐world Air Traffic Control (ATC) and pilot audio recordings with high accuracy
* Label speakers, aircraft callsigns, ATC instructions, and pilot readbacks
* Correctly capture aviation‐specific terminology, abbreviations, and standard phraseology
* Follow structured transcription guidelines to meet quality and consistency standards
* Complete task‐based assignments independently at your own pace
Who You Are
* Passionate about or familiar with aviation and ATC communications
* Exceptional listener — comfortable with fast‐paced, noisy, or radio‐distorted audio
* Highly detail‐oriented with strong written accuracy
* Able to follow structured formatting and annotation guidelines
* Patient and methodical when working through challenging audio
* No professional aviation license or credentials required — enthusiasm and accuracy matter most
Nice to Have
* Background as a pilot, controller, dispatcher, or aviation student
* Familiarity with ICAO/FAA phraseology and standard ATC procedures
* Prior transcription or data annotation experience
