About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: * Provide and coordinate professional clinical supervision to intern pharmacists, and early career clinical pharmacists, including but not limited to monitoring of professional standards, service delivery and outcomes, formal performance appraisal and competency assessment using the national clinical competency standards (ClinCAT, miniPAT and miniCEX). * Provide and be individually accountable for the delivery of high level Clinical Pharmacy services (including but not limited to medication history taking, medication reconciliation, development of Medication Action Plans, Pharmaceutical care Plans, and TDM) and medication intervention to multi-speciality work units and Multidisciplinary teams with minimal direct supervision and in accordance with prescribed professional, legislative and ethical standards to facilitate clinical education, learning and training of staff * Provide clinical advice, education, training and mentorship to intern pharmacists, * Provide and coordinate professional clinical supervision and clinical education to intern pharmacists, including but not limited to monitoring of professional standards, service delivery and outcomes, formal performance appraisal and competency assessment using the national clinical competency standards (ClinCAT) and competency requirements for registration.
