Your Role
- Book patients in for preadmission appointments and manage schedules
- Prepare all patient charts and documentation ready for clinic
- Action any follow-up appointments as required
- Liaise closely with the Waitlist team to ensure timely patient care
About You
We’re looking for someone with previous experience in a preadmissions or administrative role, who brings strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. You’ll have a friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude, and be available to work Monday to Friday during office hours.
