BaseStruct is a specialist in basement and concrete construction, known for delivering high-quality structural solutions across residential and commercial projects. As our workload continues to grow, we're looking for a reliable Crane Truck Driver to join our operations team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role for an experienced Truck Driver whose main responsibility will be transporting materials to and from our project locations across Melbourne. You will play a vital role in ensuring timely and safe delivery of materials that support our site operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely operate MR trucks to transport building materials, equipment, and supplies
* Deliver materials between suppliers, our storage yard, and active construction sites
* Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed
* Ensure all loads are properly secured and compliant with road safety standards
* Complete pre-start checks and basic truck maintenance
* Work closely with the site and logistics teams to coordinate deliveries efficiently
What We're Looking For
* A current and valid MR (Medium Rigid) driver's licence
* Previous experience in a similar driving role, ideally within construction
* Strong awareness of load restraint and road safety
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* White Card (construction induction) – preferred but not essential
