The Reception Assistant volunteer provides support to the front reception office with administrative tasks. The role will involve being the welcoming face of the West Winds Community Centre. This will include welcoming people who arrive at the centre and directing them where to go, answering the telephone, taking phone messages, assisting with email correspondence and performing additional administration support such as photocopying or laminating when possible. On occasion you will also be required to support community members needing access to the Food Pantry.
