Overview
We''re now looking for a motivated professional to join our team in a full‐time role based onsite at a multi‐brand, high‐volume dealership. In this position, you''ll be responsible for selling Aftermarket Vehicle Protection Products across both new and used car sales. Working closely with the sales and finance teams, you''ll play a key role in elevating the customer experience and supporting overall dealership profitability — all while achieving and exceeding set targets and KPIs.
What You''ll Do
* Promote a high‐quality range of aftercare products while providing expert advice to new and existing customers.
* Manage incoming inquiries and consistently achieve sales targets for aftermarket products.
* Maintain accurate sales logs and deliver outstanding post‐sale customer support.
* Collaborate seamlessly with all dealership departments to ensure smooth day‐to‐day operations.
* Deliver exceptional customer service that enhances the overall buying experience.
About You
We''re looking for someone who brings:
* Previous experience as a Car Care Consultant.
* A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Car Care Consultant.
* Exceptional customer service skills and a strong customer‐first attitude.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities.
* Keen attention to detail and a driven, target‐focused approach.
* A professional appearance, reliable work ethic, and positive attitude.
* A current Western Australian driver''s license.
* Valid Australian work rights are required for this position.
* Previous automotive industry experience is required.
