Description The opportunity Downer’s Energy & Utilities business is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Logan Water Partnership in Beenleigh. This role is integral to the Program Services team, providing high-quality administrative, reporting, and operational support that drives service excellence and continuous improvement across our programs. You’ll be responsible for managing documentation, coordinating training and inductions, supporting reporting and data analysis, and ensuring smooth operational processes. What we’re looking for Strong organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (Power BI experience is a plus). Experience in administrative support within a service delivery or project environment. Key responsibilities include: Managing DGL and project documentation via Downer’s DMM application. Supporting reporting activities including PLG, DGL, KPI, and monthly insights. Coordinating training and induction processes, including Lucidity onboarding and breathalyser calibrations. Overseeing vehicle and contractor administration. Providing general administrative support to the Program Services Manager and team.
