We are seeking a dedicated, patient and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join a leading provider of hearing solutions dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals with hearing impairments.

**The role**

This permanent role will see you working in the Parkside office on a flexible rotating roster across AUS and NZ business hours. There are Full time and Part time roles available. Some of the duties involved will include:

- Reach out to the community and make a meaningful impact by helping individuals overcome hearing challenges.
- Offer complimentary health services to eligible customers
- Educate customers on the importance of hearing health
- Liaise with clinics and customers to schedule appointments

Ideally, you will have experience in Customer service, either face-to-face or phone-based. If you have experience in call centre, retail, hospitality, childcare or hairdressing, we want to hear from you!
- Clear Communication skills with a professional and friendly phone manner
- empathy and genuine desire to help people improve their quality of life
- Goal-driven and able to work under KPI's and targets
- A positive and resilient attitude, with the ability to pick up systems and processes quickly
